Once you have gained the respect of those closest to you, you can set of to conquer the world. The best way to get your music out there is through word of mouth, it’s not the easiest way there are lots of ups and downs but the reward in succeeding is priceless. You start at the bottom and work your way up the ladder by going to local events playing for free, handing out CD’s with 2 or 3 songs. This is to get people to know your music, then you sign up for talent shows play at local fairs. You start selling out of your trunk once you have made profit you can go to local audio stores in your near by area and ask if they can sell your item. There are different ways of being compensated for your music the reward of fame, being recognized when you go places. The joy of knowing you are making a difference with your music and then the most valuable one monetary profit when people are willing to spend to listen to your music.
