"King of All Media"

Howard Stern developed an interest in broadcasting as a child when he would accompany his father to work. He started in radio while pursuing his bachelor’s degree in communications from Boston University. He also worked as a deejay in various cities, and finally settled in New York City. His success has lead to his self-proclaimed nickname of “King of All Media.” He has become a person who people extremely hate or love because of his controversial subject matter which range from, sexual orientation, to politics, to race. His interesting unique personality has influenced on our media and our radios. He has capture a huge amount of people mostly men from age 18 and up. Even though his topics may not be appropriate I approve of him because he is not scared to speak his mind. He has impacted the way viewers listen to the radio.
Even though he is very open minded and his topics has lead him switch to Sirius because the FCC kept on getting on his case, Stern will never stop being the character he is and will continue to influence the media. For example, many people believe that he’s the person that Sirius needs to attract more audiences since Stern is one of the largest radio icons.
